New 30 minute PT Sessions

Short on Time, Big on Results


One thing I hear all the time from clients is: “I just don’t have enough time to exercise.” Between work,

family, social commitments and everything else life throws at us, fitting in a long gym session can feel almost impossible.


That’s exactly why I’ve introduced 30-minute personal training sessions.


These sessions are designed to give you a focused, effective workout in half the time, making it much easier to stay consistent. When you know your session only takes 30 minutes, it suddenly becomes far easier to fit into a busy day - whether that’s before work, during a lunch break, or between other commitments.


The best part? Shorter doesn’t mean less effective. With a structured plan and the right exercises, we can still work on building strength, improving fitness, and helping you move better. In fact, many of my clients are finding that these shorter sessions help them stay more consistent, which is really the key to long-term results.


Another huge benefit is accountability. Having a scheduled session, even if it’s only half an hour, keeps you on track. It gives you that regular commitment to show up, move your body, and keep progressing towards your goals.


These sessions work especially well if you live locally in Ashley Heath, St Leonards, or Ringwood, where you can quickly pop in, train, and get on with the rest of your day. They’re also perfect for virtual training sessions, so you can get the same guidance and support from the comfort of your own home.


To make the most of the time, I simply ask clients to arrive having done a quick warm-up beforehand so we can jump straight into the workout.


The feedback so far has been fantastic. Clients are loving how easy these sessions are to fit into their routine, while still helping them get stronger, fitter and more confident.
