Pair up with your partner, best friend, mum, dad or work colleague – training as a couple or small group can make training more fun, provide motivation & friendly competition.
If you're in Ringwood, Verwood, Ferndown, Bournemouth or beyond, training as a couple can also provide valuable time together, relieving stress, boosting your energy, and having a laugh at the same time.
Having a partner or friend alongside you can make a huge difference, especially on the days when motivation is low. When you train together you're far more likely to stay consistent and stick to your goals.
Couples personal training turns your fitness journey into a shared priority. You'll work towards your goals together, support each other both in sessions and in between, and stay accountable which makes progress easier, more enjoyable & more sustainable.


I will help you work together to achieve your goals, whether it’s to lose weight, build some muscle or just have fun together its a fantastic way to encourage each other to look and feel the way you want to.
It doesn’t matter if you have completely different levels of fitness or have never considered working out to be fun, as sessions will be adapted to suit each person.
Small group training works in the same way – it could be your family or a group of friends or colleagues – results can be amazing whilst spending quality time together, getting fit or losing weight whatever your goals you can do it together! Groups of 3-4 work best. This can be done in my studio if you are in Ringwood, Verwood, Ferndown, Wimborne, The New Forest or Bournemouth or online if you are further afield.

It is called personal training
My personal training is extremely competitive as I believe everyone should be able to experience personal training to help them achieve their goals. Because I have a private studio if you are in Ringwood, Verwood, Ashley Heath, Ferndown, Bournemouth or virtually if you are further afield, there are no extra gym memberships required.
You receive a personal experience on a 1-2-1 basis or with a family member or friend (see couples training)
You are choosing a Personal Trainer to achieve results that are very difficult to achieve alone! You are paying for an expert to train, motivate and guide you through every step of your fitness journey, I will teach you exercises you can do on your own with minimal equipment, give you homework if required and will also provide advice on nutrition and a healthier lifestyle, give you recipes and even go shopping with you if needed.
When many of our clients start training with us, they often lack motivation. By buying monthly or package sessions this helps ensure the commitment is there, in order for you to get the results you are looking for. It also helps me make a long-term plan for you. This is impossible to do if I am seeing you infrequently and unsure of how many sessions you will be completing.
*24 hours’ notice is required for all sessions and payment is made in advance of sessions – packages must be used with in time frame stated.
