1 in 3 women & 1 in 7 men suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction but through fear & embarrassment don’t seek help for their problems and suffer in silence. 

 

Women living with pelvic floor dysfunction have reported how symptoms negatively impact both their work & social lives, intimacy with their partners & their mental well being leading on to feelings of loneliness, isolation and a reduced quality of life. 


Did you know on average it takes 7 yrs for a woman to seek help for incontinence! The sooner you take action the easier it is to restore pelvic health.

Who Is The Program For?

The Adore Your Floor Programme is for all women who would like to understand, or are experiencing, issues surrounding their pelvic floor, including bladder & bowel issues, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain or painful sex and would like to resolve symptoms.

Or who wants an education to support their future pelvic floor health & learn how to strengthen and protect their pelvic floor muscles from any possible future dysfunction.

Health providers recommend our programme as a great resource during all phases of life; in pregnancy, postnatal rehab, during menopause and for women as part of their prehab to gynae surgery or rehab.

What The Program Includes

We work towards your goals to enable RESULTS for your health, lifestyle, and physical and mental well-being.

  • A 12 week online or in person education & exercise programme designed to educate & raise awareness of their pelvic floor, manage or restore current dysfunction & prevent further issues occuring. 

  • 4 x 20-30 minutes live sessions with your Adore you floor coach (me) 

  • 8 further online sessions with check ins to assess progress

  • Weekly functional home exercises to support your goals

  • Adore Your Floor Resource Hub with a comprehensive library of videos, written content and advice from Specialist Pelvic Health Physios

  • Exclusive Adore Your Floor Programme Facebook Support Group

  • Learn how to recruit correct pelvic floor contraction

  • Stabilise and improve conditions of stress/urge incontinence

  • Bowel conditions - constipation, diarrhoea & urgency

  • Issues of prolapse and the management in day to day living

  • Exercises to incorporate with your fitness regime to help improve pelvic floor reaction

  • Regular contact throughout the course

Symptoms You May Be Experiencing

  • Leaking when coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercising

  • Have a sudden urge to go to the toilet, maybe as soon as your key turns in the lock

  • Have accidents before reaching the toilet

  • Need the toilet frequently but only release small amounts

  • Dribble or find you have to change your underwear after using the toilet

  • Avoid social situations or visiting new places in case there's no  toilets

  • Hate long car rides for the same reason

  • Have interrupted sleep for frequent night time toilet visits 

  • Can’t hold in gas or wind or bowel movements

  • Have problems keeping in or inserting a tampon 

  • Experience pain during sex or afterwards

  • Have a heavy feeling or dragging sensation in your vagina after exercise or long periods standing 

  • Have pelvic pain or tight hips and low back ache

  • Feel a bulge in your vagina or just feel uncomfortable down there

  • Have a pelvic organ prolapse - bladder, uterine or bowel
