I have been training with Sarah for nearly a year now. Over the previous years I had led quite a sedentary office based lifestyle which had, in part, resulted in back problems and i needed to find someone with whom i could make good progress but who would be able to navigate me through any physical issues that cropped up along the way. Unlike most people I wasn't looking to lose weight but instead to tone up my physique and gain some muscle.
Having an excellent Personal Trainer like Sarah has resulted in me training continuously over the past year over which time i have seen substantial improvement in my body shape, strength and well being.
Improving overall fitness is a journey and Sarah's expertise of training methods and nutrition has been critical in me achieving my goals. She has always put herself out to find solutions to any associated problems or issues i have had throughout the time i have training with her.
I really enjoy each training session and look forward to making further progress in the future.
