I rang Sarah last August after returning from a family holiday & being shocked at the video footage my husband had taken. I was enormous at 10 stone 10lbs, the heaviest I’d ever been. I felt sluggish, tired & depressed about my body shape and knew I had do something about it.
Sarah focuses on nutrition as well as exercise and the initial two week “detox” was tough, much worse than the exercise. But it brought into sharp relief just what I had been eating & drinking and also how much. So with a radical reduction in cheese & wine I embarked on the next three months exercise regime, seeing Sarah three times a week. The results have been amazing. I’ve lost 24 lbs and two dress sizes and am now 9 stone. I have real muscle tone & feel healthier & stronger. I sleep better, laugh more & enjoy wearing clothes I never thought I'd fit into again.
Its easy to get into bad habits but that’s all they are – habits. I’ve made a positive decision to change 10 years worth of bad habits & for the most part I can stick to it (cheese and wine do creep in occasionally, though!).
