Fpr exercise to have an effect it needs to be continued and regular (e.g. 3 times a week). Keeping up a frequent training plan is essential to getting and staying fit.
The majority of people are working-out or taking part in exercise only once a week! It’s really not possible to maintain motivation and personal fitness when training so infrequently. Commitment to getting fit is essential for long-lasting results - training more than once a week can make all the difference.
Research shows that working out with a friend or partner or in a group can help you achieve your goals and make the process of getting fit fun and inspiring as it's one of the most powerful motivators to help you stick to a fitness program. Working out with a fitness partner keeps you accountable, gives you inspiration, and provides you with the security that you're not alone on the road to fitness. Most of us do much better at achieving our goals if we have the help and encouragement of someone else. Your chances of success in weight loss and fitness are no different.
Clients' motivation have been kept high and they’ve experienced results faster than clients who only see me once or twice a week - but more so, they are having fun! And with prices starting from just £12.50* per person per session partner/group sessions are great value for money!
